1. "West Tech high school, Cleveland, Ohio, won the Stowell cup for the second year, in the international commercial schools contest concluded at the Chicago World's Fair Thursday night (June 28th). Left to right Leon C. Stowell, donor of the cup, which is awarded to the school of the contestant having the highest dictating machine score; Ruth Homberg, who won the cup for her school, and Col. Robert Isham Randolph, assistant to the general manager of the Fair, who made the awards."
