[The relief sculpture "The Conquest of Time and Space" adorns the main entrance to the Electrical Building exhibit at A Century of Progress.]

"Above the 'House of Magic,' in which General Electric presents demonstrations of spectacular research laboratory developments, and extending along the entire length of a balcony over the exhibit space is a series of thirteen huge pillars covered with murals which depict the story of the electrical industry. A lounge is located on the roof of the House of Magic."

"Edward H. Sniffen, Asst. Vice-President of Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company, signing contract for renewal of the company's exhibit at the 1934 World's Fair. Shown with Mr. Sniffen are (left) Rufus C. Dawes, President of the Exposition, and Lenox R. Lohr, General Manager. The exhibit will occupy the same space in the Electrical Building as last year, with many new features introduced."
