5. "The new exhibit house to be shown at the Century of Progress Exposition this year by General Houses, Inc., will rise just south of the Lincoln Group on the lake front. This attractive five-room dwelling with attached garage will be a 'house of steel,' for this material will be used on the interior walls and ceiling as well as for the outside walls. The interior of the house is to be furnished throughout in a manner consistent with modern style trends. Howard T. Fisher is president and chief architect of the company."
