The beautiful carillon tower rising above the Hall is equipped with mellow-toned chimes that send their music floating out over the grounds throughout the day and night. Inside the Hall of Science, Exposition visitors view dramatic action exhibits of industries closely related to the basic sciences. The building comprises superb examples of modern architecture. It is U-shaped with two arms reaching down to a sparkling lagoon, and enclosing a court of three acres.
