DescriptionA picnic and fishing area north of Colchester along the banks of the Lamoine River. There was a mill on site in 1897. Later the CB&Q Railroad constructed a pumphouse on site to pump water to the railroad tower in Colchester to use in filling the tanks of their steam engines.
