DescriptionAccording to the 1900 Macomb City Directory, the Doug Turner Livery Stable and Feed Store were located at 126-128 South Lafayette Street. The macomb Calendar clock company was next door to the stable and feed store. ""Doug"" was born Stephen A. Douglas Turner in Fulton County. He came to Macomb in the 1880s and married Rosella Hunter and had two daughers and three sons.
