| Description | As found with the documentation: NA 81-44 37 year old female who entered hospital with a history of the tendency to fall to the right side, with tinnitus in the right ear for 8 weeks, headaches for ? 1/2 years, and failing ??? In the right eye for 2 years. Examination revealed engorgement of the superficial scalp vessels ??? over the entire head but especialy over the left ??? hyperactive reflexes, ... lateral ankle clonus... revealed destruction... all vision with the left...eloped a staggering gait, and then Jackson...with aphasia followed by generalized convulsions. Right subtemporaldecompression was performed and the patient died shortly after. |
