| Description | As found with the documentation: METASTATIC CARCINOMA NA 74/46 54 year old male with ? Month history of increasingly poor memory, insomnia, projectile vomiting and more recently, unsteadiness on his feet, weakness of the left extremities with tingling of the left hand, and 25 lb. weight loss. Examination showed unsteady gait, falling to the right and backward, left-sided weakness, clonus and weakness of the right hand, absent ri??? abdominals, depressed right cremasteric, bilateral ast...gnosis, a...nesis on the right and positive Babinski sign on the right. Skull x-ray showed no bony changes. A right...mporal decompression was followed by an arteriogram which did not indicate pathology, and a ventriculogram which showed ventricular displacement to the right. On that day the patient passed 50 cc. of bright blood...Left subtemporal decompression was performed but the patient expired. |
