| Description | As found with the documentation: MELANOBLASTOMA MULTIPLE METASTASES L.W. NA 124/42 55 yr. old male Jan. 1942 Cough for 5 weeks followed by occipital headache and dilation of the right pupil. Progressive downhill course with diziness, ataxic gait, mental confusion and very severe headache. Examination revealed bluish non-tender subcutaneous nodules varying in size from a small pea to a hazel nut. Severe papilledema wiht hemorrhage, dilation of the right pupil, right hemiparesis, slurred speech. Biopsy of skin revealed melanoblastoma. Autopsy revealed widespread melanotic metastases. Primary site could not be determined. |
