| Description | As found with the documentation: GLIOBLASTOMA NA 110/46 69 year old woman who had become increasingly withdrawn and dizzy in the 3-6 month period prior to her death. 5 weeks prior to death she became confused and anxious. She was hospitalized twice in rapid succession, psychotherapy being prescribed each time. On admision to INI, she appeared confused, had poor memory for past events, but recognized her family. She was dizzy and weak, but not psychotic. Neurological examination revealed right facial paresis, right hemiparesis with positive Babinski and confirmatory signs and ankle clonus. There was adequate right-left discrimination. She became increasingly restless, complained of headaches and difficulty in tasting. She expired suddenly shortly after transfer to neurological service. |
