| Description | As found with the documentation: GLIOBLASTOMA MULTIFORME OF THE CEREBELLUM J.B. NA 35/44 70 yr. old white male May 1944 Sudden onset of unsteadiness, dizziness and head pains 3 weeks prior to admision. This was followed by frontal headache, extreme prostration and inability to lie anywhere but on his right side. Examination revealed no papilledema. There was nystagmus on lateral gaze, right facial weakness and right hyperreflexia. Spinal fluid studies were not informative. Death from aspiration pneumonia. |
