| Description | As found with the documentation: 0-81Gross examination of the brain reveals a moderate thickening of the liptomeninges particularly over the convex surface along the great fissure. On coronal section of the brain, the ventricles are seen to be of medium width and the ependyma are smooth. In the central region, one sees multiple softened hemorrhagic areas which measure from 2 to 8 mm. in diameter. These lesions occur in both internal capsules, in the upper outer portion of the left lentiform nucleus, and in the subcortical white substance. |
