| Description | As found with the documentation: Ossification of Leptomeninx 30/57 There is no definite history given for Julia Johnson. She was 71 years of age at the time of her death. She was admitted to Dixon State School on April 6, 1922. She had a history of bronchitis and heart trouble. There is also mention of a mass in the abdomen thought to be a tumor. She is said to have a brother and a sister also in the Dixon State School. Julia was transferred to Dixon from Lincoln; the record is very confusing, but she apparently also spent a few months in Elgin State Hospital in 1934. The psychologist's report of a mental examination revealed: ""CA 35-7; MA 3-8; IQ 23, low imbecile, probably hereditary trait. Good behavior."" The patient became ill and was hospitalied on May 13, 1957. She had difficulty in breathing and slight cyanosis of the upper extremities. BP was 120/80; pulse 98; temperature was 100 degrees. She expired on May 14, 1957. Diagnosis: Partially ossified leptomeninx. |
