| Description | As found with the documentation: Cerebral Macrogyria 46/56 This patient was born in 1899 in Jacksonville, Illinois. She was admitted to Dixon State School on April 26, 1923 and classified as a high grade idiot. The patient was an epileptic. Feeblemindedness was first noticed at 2 or 3 years of age. Very little is known about the patient's parents. The mother died at 55 years of age with indigestion. The patient had frequent seizures all through her life at the institution. All laboratory reports were essentially negative. Microscopic diagnosis: Cerebral macrogyria with abnormal lamination in the frontal region |
