| Description | As found with the documentation: CONGENITAL ABSENCE of the CORPUS CALLOSUM SUB-EPENDYMAL GLIAL HETEROTOPIA; NA 17/40; Female child of unknown age with a history of normal full term birth followed by convulsions. Examination revealed enucleated right eye, and microcephalus. 2 months prior to death, patient developed fever of 104 degrees and diptheria was diagnosed. She showed increasing respiratory difficulty, signs of bronchopneumonia, and death followed soon after. |
