| Description | View to the northeast across North State Street at the intersection with West Ontario Street. A grocery store, liquor store, bar, laundromat, and a diner occupy the single-story buildings along this section of North State Street. A large billboard with a ""Think Egghead"" advertisement for vodka stands atop their roofs. This site is now occupied by Ontario Place, a high-rise condominium building. The 111 East Chestnut Apartments (Elysees Condominiums), John Hancock Center, and Water Tower Place are visible in the upper part of the photograph. |
