DescriptionView of the Marina City towers (300 N. State Street) during the late stages of construction. The Marina City Office Building (now Hotel Sax Chicago) and the Marina City Theater (now House of Blues) are in front of the towers. The House of Blues opened in 1996, and the Marina City Office Building was converted to a hotel in the same time period.
