The Michigan Boulevard Building (formerly Michigan Avenue National Bank Building), located at 30 N. Michigan Avenue, stands to the south of the Cultural Center across Washington Street. Originally a 15-storey building, an additional 6 storeys were added in 1923. The Smith, Gaylord, and Cross Building, located at 20 N. Michigan Avenue, is the next building to the south. |
