DescriptionView looking southeast from the Roosevelt Road Bridge (12th Street) across the South Branch of the Chicago River at a site proposed for the River City complex. Silhouetted against the sky in the center are two 18-story curved apartment towers which form part of Goldberg's Raymond Hilliard Homes Center, originally built for the Chicago Housing Authority (now privately owned).
