At the time of the photograph, Helix was a tenant. The property in front of it, at the northeast corner of West Erie Street and North Orleans Street, is occupied by closed gas station (later demolished) and is available for rent. The side facade of 308 West Erie Street is visible at the far right of the image, and behind it to the left, part of the Bauer Building (224-230 West Huron Street) is visible. |
