DescriptionView of Flair House, located on the north side of West Erie Street between North Franklin and North Wells Streets. The original owner of this three-story brick house was Irish milk merchant Marcus Devine. Since 1964, the structure has been home to the advertising agency Flair Communications, which gave it its current name.
