DescriptionView looking northwest across West Grand Street at the facade of the Off Center Building (300 West Grand Avenue), an outlet shopping mall. The wall of the building has been painted with a trompe-l'oeil mural depicting numerous windows and a fanciful cutaway view of the building's interior. On the extreme right of the image, a CTA train passes on the elevated tracks above North Franklin Street.
