FREEPORT, ILL., Oct. 17.—(INSI —Thomas H. Runyan ot Savanna, ill, yesterday pleaded guilty in fed¬ eral court to a charge that he sold and shipped whisky to an Iowa fraternal organization without hav¬ ing a wholesaler's license. Judge Elwyn R. Shaw imp*ed a $300 fine and ordered Runyan ta pay $500 in a tax compromise.
