| Transcript | ALPHA KAPPA ALPHA WILL SERVE TEA Members of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority are planning a tea for Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity during its Silver Anniversary celebration, set for this spring. Beverly Smits, with a 4.9 average, led the sorority in grades last term. Ethel Fletcher, with a 4.6, was close behind. Plans for the annual Kabachio are nearing completion. The show will be held May 5, this year. Plans are also being made for the sorority to attend the regional con ference in Milwaukee. Tom Oduro, student from Ghana, spoke on religion in his country during Religion-in-Life Week. Gwen Lewis ii in charge of the act for the Theta Xi Variety Show. Dora Brown and Jeanne — Mays are on the Pan-Helienic Workshop steering committee. Jeanne is also on the Greek Week steering committee. Kay Taylor is the sorority's representative to Inter-Greek Council. |
