The Sweethearts dance and Valentine party of the Alpha Phi Alpha was held Thursday, Feb. 12 in the Little Theatre.
Officers elected for the pledge club of Alpha Phi Alpha Tuesday evening, Feb. 10, were: Aubrey
L. Cartwright, president; Milton Henry, vice-president, Howard Oliver, secretary; Tilford Brooks, corresponding secretary; Joseph Farmer, treasurer; Jeweus Craig, sergeant-at-arms.
In a recent program of the Southern University social organization series, broadcast over station WCIL. Jesse W. Perkins, president of the Beta Eta chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha set forth some ideals and goals to be met by the fraternity within the future.
