| Transcript | ALPHA PHI ALPHA HOLDS PLEDGING Several men were recently pledged into Alpha Phi Alpha fra ternity, according to Pledge Master Oscar King. They are Morris Bradford, Jerome Cheatham, Ronald Harris, William Hatchet, George Henderson, Anthony Jackson. David Jackson, Charles Ken dall, William Moffet, Alien Nelson. Jerome Oglesby, Edward Pugh, Samuel Silas, William Sims, Clearence Walker and Jacques Weaver. In last week's basketball game with Sigma Tau Gamma, the fraternity emerged victorious by 10- points. In other sports, the Alpha Phi Alpha's are presently ranked number one in the Independent Bowling League. The members are busy with decorations for the Old Armory in preparation for a Leap Year dance. This dance will be given immediately following the Southern-Tennessee A & I game next Friday. A Boemian party is scheduled for Feb. 20 in Behalf of Edgar Jackson, who will not be able to take an active part in the fraternity next term. |
