DescriptionA woman stands with her back to a counter at which three men are writing next to open books (copying numbers out of phone books?). The counter is lit by lamps with the words "Bell System" on their shades. In the background behind the counter can be seen booths numbered 1-5 with the words "Long Distance" above the doors.
