DescriptionTwo men on an elevated platform dump ice from a wagon into an opening on the top of a refrigerated freight car. A third man stands on top of the car guiding the flow of ice. Openings further down the car and on other cars further down the train show evidence of ice around them. A hoe-shaped tool lies alongside the ice. Other wagons are lined up along the platform. The men are outside and the tall buildings of a city are visible in the distance.
