County of Peoria Clerks Office Peoria December. 6th. 1849
I Charles Kettells Clerk of the County Court within and for said County do hereby certify that by order of the Probate Court of said County held on the twentieth day of February A.D. 1849 William M. Dodge was appointed successor of Luther O. Chamberlain and Esther R. Fuller Administrator & Administratrix of Elam Fuller deceased all of which appears of record in my office.
Witness my hand, and private seal (no official seal being yet provided) this Sixth day of December. A.D. 1849.
