Sir, Please pay to Isaac S. Newton for William Newton five hundred dollars with interest on the same from Feb'y 26th 1848 where you shall receive from Wm Newton a release of the mortgages he holds on your house lot, & charge the same to my account

Rec'd on the above April 9th 1850 five hundred & sixty three dollars & fifty eight cents in full of the above demand [Signed] Isaac S. Newton
