This is to Certify, that, pursuant to an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Illinois, entitled "An Act providing for the registration of farm names" approved on the twenty-fifth day of June, A.D., 1915, in force on the first day of July, A.D. 1915, James A. Milne has named his farm Kelvin Grove.
And that the name of said farm, together with a description of the lands comprising the same, has been duly recorded in a book of registry kept for that purpose in the office of the County Recorder of said Will County, known as Book 1 of Registry of Farm Names, at page 3. The description of the land comprising the farm so named, as aforesaid, is as follows, to-wit:
East half (E.1/2) of South East quarter (S. E. 1/4), except 20 acres, known as Milne's Addition to Lockport, in Section Twenty three (23); also North half (N. 1/2) of South West Quarter (S.W. 1/4) of Section Twenty four (24), all in Township Thirty six, North Range Ten, East of 3rd P.M., situated in Township of Lockport, Will Co. Ill.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of my office at Joliet in said County, this 9th day of January A.D. 1917.
