Transcript[To] Mrs. Florence Delehanty. 604 Minnnequa Ave. Pueblo, Colorado.; Joliet, April 9 - 1929, Dear Flo: I received the box that you sent for my birthday yesterday it is very pretty I will have to let the hem out quiet [quite] a lot many thanks Hattie and Harry were up last night for a while they were feeling pretty blue one of their best friends boy 13 years old got drowned saturday afternoon went in swimming took cramps they feel terrible about it he was burried [buried] yesterday his folks are almost crazy they had just this one boy and a little girl. love to all. [Signed] Mother; the 5th has come no change just as I thought it would be
