Seeing the trains are so bad on the Alton, I'll try some other way. got here at 10:30 Sunday night. Winnie & Syl were there to meet me. [Signed] With love Gertrude. Ill [I'll] write to papa later. Winnie is sick this morning. The stomach is on a strike Mrs. Eklund is trying to get here to eat more, but it's no use.
