DescriptionB&W photograph; Looking north of 10th Street along the west side of State Street, Fred (peg-leg) Worst, barber and one time Alderman, is crossing State eastward. Ward (Billan) Hotel is at left. Note the wooden buildings further north; they were all demolished for the present City Hall. Mrs. Worst was another excellent dressmaker.
