DescriptionB&W photograph; View from 14th or 15th Street looking north toward the Chicago & Alton Railroad Station. The ditch is the mainline Commerce Street sewer running below the Division Street lock to run under the lower level of the canal by trap over to Big Run Creek where the sewage plant was projected and later constructed.
