To all whom these Presents shall come, Greeting:
KNOW YE, That we Erastus Newton by Julia Newton his attorney and Julia Newton wife of the said Erastus Newton formerly of Lockport Will Country State of Illinois for and in consideration of the sum of five thousand dollars

Lawful money of the United States of America, to them in paid paid by
Isaac S Newton of Norwich Chenango County State of New York
At or before the ensealing and deliver of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath remised, released, and forever Quit-Claimed, and by these presents doth remise, release, and forever Quit-Claim, unto the said Isaac S Newton
and to his heirs and assigns, forever, ALL that certain trace of land situated in Will County and State of Illinois being the north half of the south half of section twenty from Township Thirty Six. Range Ten East of the Third principal meridian containing one hundred and sixty acres. Also the East half of the South East north of section twenty three. Township Thirty Six Range Ten East of the Third principal meridian containing eighty acres

To Have and to Hold the said released premises unto the said Isaac S. Newton his
Heirs and assigns, to his own proper use and behoof, FOREVER.

In Testimony Whereof, the said Erastus Newton by Julia Newton his Attorney and Julia Newton in her own proper person
Have herunto set their hands and seals, this sixteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three
