5 Bowls Of Chopped Tomatoes
3 " " " Cabbage
2 " " " Onions
1 " " Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Of Cinnamon
2 " " Black Pepper
½ Lb Mustard Seed
3 Tablespoons Of Celery Seed
1 " " Cloves
1 " " Allspice
1 Teaspoon " Red pepper

Salt to suit taste. Mix all togeather
And wet with cold vinegar
Scald the tomatoes in one quart of vinegar

When scalded drean all the juice
