Mr. William L. Goodwin,
814 Florence Avenue,
Galesburg, Illinois

Dear Bill:

I have just had a call from the Anti-Defamation
League office in Chicago. As you know, this organiza-
tion does some splendid Brotherhood work. For example,
much of the material I have been using in the community
comes from that office. The call in question had to do
with a Mr. Oscar Groner who is a graduate rabbi, has a
graduate degree in Sociology, and is now with the Anti-
Defamation League. He plans to be here for our February
12th conference. He would be valuable as a resource per-
son for one of our Round Tables. The Chicago office in-
dicates that he would find the Round Table on Education
congenial. Inasmuch as you are the discussion leader
for this group, I am writing to ask if you would like
to have this young man as a resource person. I have an
idea that he would greatly contribute to the discussion.

I hope that you are planning to come to our Brother-
hood program in the First Methodist Church next Sunday at
8:00 P.M. Among other facts, we have a Roman Catholic
Mexican girl in the program. I would like your comment
on the evening.

Cordially yours,

(signed) Alan Jenkins
