Galesburg
Dear Sir – Enclosed please find certificate for sixty shares of non-interest paying stock in this company, issued in due form to the Trustees of your College, being in payment of property adjoining Galesburg conveyed to this company on the 9th inst. – & for same work I have receipted to the company as your agent, under your memorandum given to me for that purpose
I also herewith enclose you the company [?] duly executed providing against the sale of intoxicating liquors on the Premises sold—
I trust you will find the certificate & the [?] all earnest & will be obliged for your receipt for the service
