DescriptionThis mural is located at the National School of Public Monumental Art (ENAPUM - Escuela Nacional de Arte Publico Monumental) in Managua, Nicaragua. The artist is a former student of the school and according to an interview with her, nothing in this piece references the revolution--she was very young during the revolution. However, Henry Houser notes a biblical theme, with a woman who can be perceived as Eve with the head of a serpent. This piece was painted before 1989 but the exact year is unknown.
