DescriptionDr. James Whitehurst greets performers at BSU's Black Resurrection event. Black Resurrection was a multi-media presentation including dance, drama, and a slide series of images of racial turbulence that stilled 700 viewers. The message of the night was a plea for understanding. The original idea from BSU chairman Jeffery King and his mother Juliet, was put together by 50 members of Wesleyan's Black Student Union.
