DescriptionThe interior rim of the bowl is decorated with a band of crescents, perhaps an adaptation of the Zuni wetolianne (zigzag) band that here would represent alialaye (waves). Beneath this is a spirit line, and rest of the interior of the bowl is decorated with one of the many Zuni rain bird motifs.
