DescriptionThis double paint cup is decorated with red and black clouds to which single feathers are attached, one in each panel. The Zuni say aweluya cilowa aweluya kwinne utea cikwa (Red clouds and black clouds make flowers grow), a prayer that rain and snow clouds may come and make flowers grow.
