All of the Valentine brothers got their start after being ""broken in"" by the eldest, George D. Valentine. Roy was the youngest and the last to join his brothers on the trapeze. Roy and Mary Valentine's ""marriage began a somewhat stormy relationship and an extremely impressive career."" They performed together as the Flying Romas for many years. When they parted ways, ""Mary formed a flying act with Eddie Kohl which they called the Maryeddies, and later she was with the Marilees.""" target="_top">
