| Description | Brother and sister from Bloomington, joined the circus in 1907. Jennie died in the tragic circus train wreck of June 18, 1918. Eddie died suddenly of illness May 1929. Known as the original ""Daring Young Man on the Flying Trapeze, "" Eddie performed one of his most famous feats with his wife, Mayme. ""Blindfolded, and in a sack [Mayme]would whirl through the air in a double somersault to be caught by her husband.""
