DescriptionStandard Oil Co station located at the NE corner of Monroe & Fulton in Peoria, IL. The building is brick with a tile roof, striped awning, and a light up "Standard Oil Co Gasoline" sign. A church steeple and the old courthouse flying an American flag are in the background. A billboard is to the left advertising "More Miles Per Gallon Red Crown Gasoline/ Polaring Friction Reducing Motor Oil, " and the sign below says: "J.P Goebel Co." Four men are standing outside the station. Large urns with plants are placed around the station property.
