Grass, a large tree trunk, other trees, a sidewalk, a house, and other plants are behind them. Both the woman and the infant are wearing dresses, and the woman has glasses. The woman's hair is piled in a braided bun at the top of her head. Perhaps the work of HH or RM Cole, active in central Illinois from 1854-1902.
