DescriptionResidence of John C. Flanagan, 942 N.E. Glen Oak Avenue (originally namedBluff Street). Ca. 1837. It was built facing the Illinois River. What now serves as the front of the house was originally the back. It was bought by the Peoria Historical Society in 1962 and converted into a museum.
