Several pedestrians are seen on the sidewalk and traffic is visible on Adams Street. A corner of the Commercial Bank Building (now National City Bank) is visible. Across the street are Peoria Dry Good Co, World Drugs, Food Mart, and Singer Sewing Machines stores. There is a mailbox at the corner with a trash receptacle next to it. Further down the sidewalk is a planter with flowers.
