DescriptionSlide reads: "Baldwin Residence 1877, David Choate Proctor 1877." The photograph shows a gray two story building with a porch and balcony. The porch has several columns, and the balcony has a wrought iron railing. A second railing has been placed at the peak of the roof of the building. There are trees and bushes around the building as well as a a wrought iron fence. There are parking meters and a no parking sign along the curb in front of the building. A sign in the yard reads: H F & H Hilt Fritz & Heinrich Inc.
